The directors are delighted to announce
the appointment of Mike Robb as director of ibp Holdings. Mike
is one of the longest serving members within any of the teams.
This appointment will provide all the members of the group
with his insight and analytical skills and is a well deserved
appointment.

has been successful in achieving certification of our Quality
Management Systems to BS EN ISO 9001 Standards.
The certification
covers our market consultancy and market research services

Achievement
of the standard is, of course, only a start for us and
we will always seek to continually improve the services
which we offer.
Alongside the Investors in People standard
(which we achieved in January 2004) ISO is an indicator of
our aim to provide
quality services to all of our clients.

provided to us in achieving ISO 9001 certification.

ibp Scotland has reached the finals of the
Ayrshire Business Awards in the category of Premier Business.
This is the second year running that the company has been shortlisted
for this prestigious award.
January 2004
The directors of ibp Scotland are delighted
to be able to announce the addition of two further members
to the team. Both Brenda Emslie and Jon Boyce have joined
the company in a management capacity.
John comes to ibp
from a long career in both private and public sector,
at director level. Brenda arrives from a senior management
position in further education. Both will enhance the
capability
of the existing team and help the organisation meet the
challenges of continuing expansion, both within Scotland
and further afield.
November 2003
At the recent National Training Awards ceremony held in Glasgow,
ibp Scotland won a Scottish Training Award in partnership
with Mackays Stores. This is a recognition of the highly
successful strategic managment programme implemented within
Mackays regional management team. This is ibp's 5th sucessive
year in the National Training Awards finals since 1999.
