ibp Creative Solutions Ltd was formed in January 2003 by directors Sue Jones and John Parker, to focus on stimulating personal and organisational growth and to identify “creative solutions”. The company aims to help clients achieve their potential, through their people, using an approach that is both creative and practical to stimulate, motivate and deliver results. Programmes are always tailored to meet individual client objectives and can be assessed and accredited if required. The company has recently designed and is delivering an innovative learning programme for the North West Development Agency as part of the “Raising Our Game” initiative. The have also developed an enterprise development model called Ready Steady Gro™ and are a partner in the production of a personal motivation programme - The Space Programme.
