Over the past seven years, we have built a solid reputation initially based on our flexible and innovative approach to people development. This has been recognised by the award of two UK National Training Awards and Centre of Excellence status from both ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) and SFEDI (Small Firms' Enterprise Development Initiative).

We are also currently developing a number of new "enterprise education" initiatives with our academic partners, which have already attracted a high level of interest, both in the UK and further afield.
