Our Team

One of the things you will probably notice in reading these brief profiles is that the great majority of our team have been with us since IBP Strategy and Research started in 2002 (and many of us worked together for a good while before that). This stability in our team gives our clients the reassurance that they will be serviced by a highly professional and experienced team that knows how to work together to provide the best value to our clients.

Interviewing

Interviewing Team

Our interviewing team, many of whom have been with us from the start, are highly experienced and professional at what they do, being trained to all the appropriate industry standards. However, we also encourage them to bring a human touch to the interviewing process, treating interviewees as individuals and building a rapport with them rather than mindlessly reading from the script. We deliver telephone interviews from our offices in Lanarkshire and have full coverage of Scotland for field research projects.
Data-Processing

Data Processing Team

We provide a full data inputting and processing capability for large-scale surveys, quickly and efficiently providing data from large-scale surveys. In 2009 alone, we analysed well over 50,000 completed questionnaires. Data can be provided in a variety of formats (including SNAP, SPSS, Excel). This service supports our wider strategy and research work but is also available on a stand-alone basis to clients that simply need large quantities of data to be analysed and presented in a usable format.
