We have delivered a number of developmental and evaluation assignments for organisations such as Scottish Enterprise and Regional Development Agencies in England as well as organisations such as the Department for Business and UK trade and Investment. Our ongoing work includes regular consultation with users of Business Gateway services on behalf of COSLA.

Or work with social landlords includes regular tenant satisfaction surveys but extends well beyond this to encompass a range of organisational improvement research including targeted surveys on specific issues, integrated performance feedback systems, development of wider role activity, people development and mystery shopping.

Voluntary and other community organisations
IBP works with voluntary organisations to help them demonstrate evidence of community need and to set out plans that clearly define outcomes for funders and partners. We have also undertaken a number of broader studies of the positive impact of the voluntary sector and have facilitated local developmental work to help voluntary organisations to work most effectively in partnership with one another.

As well as this, we provide a full subcontract fieldwork and data analysis service for other consultants, working with some of the leading consultancies in the country in fields such as economic evaluation, tourism and the creative industries.
